very light golden toning and absolutely dripping with luster. The
obverse shows the Seal of the City of Norfolk, with a three-masted ship as
the central device. The reverse features the royal Mace of Norfolk,
presented by Lieutenant Governor Dinwiddie in 1753. Tied with 80 other
